Iron Bear Counseling is a Washington-based office of ErLaMore Counseling and Consultation, PLLC. We are a multi-state professional counseling practice dedicated to transforming how individuals experience and express emotional vulnerability. Our practice operates across five states, each with uniquely branded offices. We serve our communities with specialized, client-centered care.
ErLaMore PLLC was founded on the principle that mental health services should be accessible, evidence-based, and tailored to the specific needs of each community we serve. As part of our expansion, Iron Bear Counseling is seeking three fully licensed psychotherapists to join our growing Washington practice.
Position Overview
We are looking for three fully licensed mental health professionals. You will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, groups, and young adults in a hybrid work environment. These positions offer the flexibility of both in-person and telehealth service delivery while maintaining a connection to a supportive, professionally managed practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, group, and young adult transitional therapy services.
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards.
Collaborate with practice leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure quality care delivery.
Participate in case consultation and continuing education opportunities.
Maintain professional licensure and stay current with evidence-based practices.
Uphold ethical standards as outlined by professional regulatory boards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
Licensure: Current, active, unrestricted license in Washington State as one of the following:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Location: Must be physically located in Washington State or hold active Washington State licensure.
Experience: Demonstrated competency in providing therapeutic services across diverse populations.
Technology: Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
Professional Conduct: Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and collaborative teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
Specialized training in couples or family therapy.
Group facilitation experience.
Trauma-informed care certification or training.
Cultural competency and experience serving diverse populations.
Previous experience in a group practice or multi-state organization.

ErLaMore Counseling and Consultation, PLLC is a manager-managed S-Corporation with offices operating under unique trade names in five states. Iron Bear Counseling maintains its own brand identity while benefiting from the resources and support of the larger organization. All clinicians report to Managing Members Dr. Nicholaus Erber-LaPierre and Dr. Joel Filmore, who provide oversight while respecting clinical autonomy.
